10 Market Road

Leonari carried out a full design and build for Four Marketing’s new London office located in north London. The project was a shell and core Cat-A fitout where we carried out the mechanical and public health installations. Particular attention given to the workmanship of all our trades as our services were exposed and part of the architectural design.

In developing the design, we ran into a number of challenges the biggest of which was that the power loadings of the building were unable to meet the employers’ requirements. This was overcome by integrating a gas fired VRF system as part of the M&E design in order to reduce the power loadings of the building.

Our installation also included installation of new ventilation systems, gas pipe-in-pipe system, BMS system and new domestic and public health system for the toilet core are and break out areas.
