Broadgate Quarter

The Broadgate Quarter chiller replacement project was a challenging project with a fast-paced programme (6 weeks), where the pre-construction planning was key to successfully delivering the project.

The project involved the replacement of three 980kW chillers on the 12th Floor roof at Broadgate Quarter, each chiller weighing approximately 9 tonnes. Due to the weight of each lift, it was imperative to carry out the structural validation of the road hosting the crane to ensure a safe lift. Critical to our scope of works was keeping the building operational whilst the works were being carried out.

The project was completed within the 6 weeks with no disruption to the existing tenants.
