Leonari successfully completed the full Mechanical and Electrical Design and Build package on this luxury residential development in the heart of Mayfair.

Leonari’s works included the building of six luxury flats including a duplex penthouse. The MEP systems included new air conditioning and underfloor heating, ventilation, BMS, plumbing to the bathrooms and kitchens and a small new power, lighting, videophone entry and fire detection systems.

Leonari worked closely with the well-known designers and architects and ensured the design detail and quality were matched with technical functionality and compliance.
