Holborn Bars

Replacement of major mechanical plant within the Holborn Bars Grade II listed red building. Our works included the replacement of three Cooling Towers, seven Air Handling Units and the Primary LTHW and CHW pumps serving the building.

The project was challenging as the building was multi-tenanted and works had to be carried out with minimal disruption to the existing tenants, which included ITV and We Works amongst many others. In addition to the let offices, the building offers multiple event spaces including an impressive listed wooden library which houses one of the building’s plantrooms.
