OUR WORK
Leonari 360 delivered the complex pipework infrastructure package relating to the extensive capital plant replacement and upgrade works at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
Our works were carried out whilst the hotel was fully operational and with no impact to the hotel services. The works included the installation of a new CHW, LTHW and domestic service plantrooms and new primary service risers across the 19 floors of the hotel.
As it was a live hotel, the works required meticulous planning and sequencing with phased change-overs to ensure that there was no impact to the hotel.
