This building owned by investment fund manager Frogmore, is located in the heart of Notting Hill. Our work in the building involved the design and build mechanical & public health service installation to 4 stories of offices, a ground floor reception, a new basement plant room and new roof plant.

The refurbishment of this tired looking 1960’s building included the addition of a 4th floor, and on completion it offered 15,000 sq. ft of prime office space. The mechanical systems installed by us include a new Daikin VRF system with central control, air handling units, BMS, boilers, tanks, booster pumps and calorifiers.

A key requirement involved working closely with the architects on the project to ensure the exposed services were designed and installed to not only achieve their technical functionality but to also achieve the aesthetics required by the architect.

In the office space, we installed exposed floor mounted cassette units customised to meet the architect’s aesthetic requirements.
