Leonari successfully completed the full mechanical and electrical design & build package of this luxury residential development in the heart of Mayfair. Our client, Morgan Capital Partners, had redeveloped the impressive adjoining office building and the requirement was for a hands-on MEP contractor who could work with the architect to achieve the inspirational interiors.

The building of six luxury flats including a duplex penthouse contained the MEP systems of new air conditioning and underfloor heating, flat ventilation, BMS, plumbing to luxury bathrooms and kitchens and a small new power, lighting, videophone entry as well as fire detection systems.

Leonari worked closely with the designers and architects to ensure that their discerning eyes for design detail and quality were matched with technical functionality and compliance.
